Wisconsin State Patrol Jobs

The Wisconsin State Patrol has openings for capable men and women. Inspector Scott Hlinak says they have more openings than people going through their Academy, which is in September. He says applications are being taken, but the deadline is March 12th.  Sergeant Luke Newman says they are no longer requiring people to take the Civil Service exam, due to a change in state law. He says there are questions you have to answer to qualify. Inspector Hlinak says there are physical fitness requirements you have to meet to get into the Academy as well. The deadline to apply is March 12th. More information about the jobs is available at the DOT’s website.
