8-Man Football Jamboree – Saturday – 10am @ DC Everest in
Schofield

Oakfield (4-4) vs. Bowler/Gresham (6-3)

The Oaks were given a bid into the 8-Man Football Jamboree
this weekend when Madison Abundant Life turned down a bid.  With just 21 teams in the state playing 8-man
football there are not enough teams for the WIAA to sponsor a playoff series,
so instead they match the top 4 teams in the north against the top for teams in
the south for a one day football event.  Oakfield
finished 2nd in the Great 8 South Conference with a 3-1 league
mark.  B/G 4th in the Great 8
North Conference.
