Major League Baseball:

NLCS – Game Three:

Milwaukee 4, LA Dodgers 0

–Orlando Arcia clubbed a two-run home run in the seventh inning to give the Brewers some distance – and pitching kept the Dodgers’ off the scoreboard in the game three win Monday night at Dodger Stadium. Ryan Braun doubled in the first inning to score Christian Yelich, then Travis Shaw made it 2-0 in the sixth on a wild pitch from Walker Buehler. In the seventh, Kratz doubled – then Arcia blasted a 356 foot shot to right to make it 4-0. Jhoulys Chacin earned the win – giving up just three hits in 5 & ⅓ innings with six strikeouts for Milwaukee. The Brewers take a 2-1 series lead with game four tonight in Los Angeles. Gio Gonzalez will get the start for Milwaukee with the Dodgers going with Rich Hill. Coverage gets underway at 7:35, first pitch around 8:10 on KFIZ and the Brewers Radio Network.

NFL:

Green Bay 33, San Francisco 30

–The Packers scored 10 points in the game’s final two minutes to pull off a win over the 49ers at Lambeau Field Monday Night. Aaron Rodgers connected with Davante Adams for a 16 yard touchdown with 1:55 to play, then after Kevin King intercepted San Francisco quarterback CJ Beathard – Rodgers led Green Bay on a 10-play, 81 yard drive in 1:07 to set up a game-winning 27 yard field goal from Mason Crosby as time expired.

Rodgers completed 25 of 46 passes for 425 yards and two scores – both to Davante Adams. Adams had 10 catches for 132 yards in the win for Green Bay. The Packers are 3-2-1 and are on their bye week. They’ll hit the road to take on the Los Angeles Rams on October 28th.

NBA:

The Bucks have exchanged future second-round draft picks with the Washington Wizards and acquired a player that began his career in Milwaukee. The Bucks sent a second round pick to Washington Monday in exchange for a draft pick, cash and guard Jodie Meeks. Meeks was drafted 41st overall by the Bucks in the 2009 draft and averaged 6.3 points and 1.6 rebounds in 77 games with the Wizards last season.
