Milwaukee Bucks forward Mirza Teletovic is out because of blockages in his lungs. The team said Thursday that pulmonary embolisms were discovered in both of his lungs. The 32-year-old consulted with Bucks team physicians after experiencing unusual fatigue earlier this week. Following a 10-day rest period, Teletovic will begin a supervised rehabilitation program. In 10 games this season, Teletovic is averaging 7.1 points and 2.3 rebounds shooting 46.7 percent from 3-point range.

It was a busy day for N-L Central Teams at the Winter Meetings on Thursday. The St. Louis Cardinals traded outfielder Stephen Piscotty to Oakland for a pair of infielding prospects in Yairo Munoz and Max Schrock. The redbirds also finalized a two-year, $11 million agreement with reliever Luke Gregerson. A person familiar with the deal says the Cubs and reliever Steve Cishek have agreed to a two-year deal.
