--Mack Sebert scored 14 points to lead the Cardinals in the loss

--Cade Christensen scored 23 points to lead Springs in the win, Oakfield had 17 points each from Jaxson Hoffman and Max Margelofsky in the loss.

--Carson Nell scored 20 points to lead WLA in the win

--Reed Gunnink scored 27 points to lead Laconia, Mathias Gilbertson scored 17 points to lead NFDL in the loss

Big Ten:

Wisconsin 64, Illinois 58

--The Badgers got 18 points from Brad Davison and 16 points from Kahlil Iverson as they took down the Illini at the Kohl Center Monday night. The game was tied at 52 with just over four minutes to play, but the Badgers outscored Illinois 12-6 the rest of the way to pull out the win. Wisconsin visits Northwestern on Saturday night.

CBB News:

Both the Wisconsin and Marquette men’s basketball teams had mixed results in the national polls this week. The Badgers and Golden Eagles both fell in the AP Top 25 and held steady in this week’s Coaches’ Poll. In the AP Poll, the Badgers dropped two spots to number 22 while Marquette fell a single spot to number 11. Wisconsin held steady at 23 in the coaches poll with Marquette stuck at 11 in the coaches. The Marquette women’s team fell three spots to number 11 in the Women’s AP Poll this week.
