–Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 27 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and dished out seven assists as the Bucks beat the Cavaliers at Fiserv Forum to pick up win #55 on the season. Milwaukee leads Toronto by four games in the east with eight games to play. The Bucks host Houston on Tuesday night.

NBA News:

The jersey of former Buck Marques Johnson is now hanging from the rafters of Fiserv Forum. The team retired his number-eight during a halftime ceremony yesterday. The 63-year-old is the ninth player in team history to have his number retired.

–Troy Stokes Jr. had an RBI triple to highlight the Brewers’ 3-1 win over the Diamondbacks in Scottsdale. Freddy Peralta struck out six over three-and-a-third innings. The Brewers play the Blue Jays tonight and tomorrow at Olympic Stadium in Montreal.

MLB News:

The Brewers are parting ways with veteran catcher Erik Kratz.  The 38-year old was traded to the Giants on Sunday for minor-league infielder C.J. Hinojosa.  Kratz was expendable with Manny Pina backing up new starter Yasmani Grandal.

NCAA National Championship:

Wisconsin 2, Minnesota 0

–Seniors Sophia Shaver and Annie Pankowski scored to give the Badgers the National Championship over the rival Gophers in Hamden, Connecticut. The title is Wisconsin’s fifth overall and first since the 2010-2011 season.

NASCAR:

Brad Keselowski routed the field at Martinsville, leading 446 of the 500 laps around the shortest track on the NASCAR schedule for his second and Team Penske’s third Cup victory of the season. The 446 laps led is the most for a winning driver since Kyle Petty led 484 to win at Rockingham in 1992.
