High School Basketball:


Fond du Lac senior Drew Jorgensen and junior Quintin Winterfeldt were named to the Fox Valley Association All-Conference team this week. Jorgensen earned second team honors while Winterfeldt was an Honorable Mention All-Conference selection. Kaukauna and Oshkosh North dominated the all-FVA first team with two players each making the list. Kaukauna’s Jordan McCabe and Tyrese Haliburton of Oshkosh North were named the conference’s co-Players of the Year.


Men’s College Basketball:


Big East Tournament - First Round:


Marquette 72, DePaul 69

--Andrew Rowsey scored 25 points for the Golden Eagles in the win. Marquette advances to face #2 seed Villanova in tonight’s quarterfinals. Marquette has advanced to the quarterfinals every year since joining the league in 2005-06. Tipoff time for tonight’s game is 6pm.


NBA:


Houston 110, Milwaukee 99

--Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 30 points, Khris Middleton added a double-double of 18 points and 12 rebounds in the loss for Milwaukee. Houston has now won 17 games in a row. The Bucks host New York on Friday night.


MLB Spring Training:


Milwaukee 10, Kansas City 6

--Eric Sogard and Hernan Perez each went 2 for 3 with two RBI in the win for the Brewers. Milwaukee takes on Arizona this afternoon, coverage on the Brewers Radio Network starts at 1:55 pm.


Men’s College Volleyball:


Marian 3, Illinois Tech 1 (25-15, 16-25, 29-27, 25-21)
