–Ezra Tucker drove in the winning run with two outs in the bottom of the eighth to give Springs the win. Cade Christensen went 2 for 4 at the plate with two doubles and earned the win on the mound in relief. Mitch Waechter was 2 for 3 with two doubles for Springs. Seth Gosse led Laconia’s offensive attack, going 3 for 4 with a double.

Fond du Lac defeated Appleton West in an FVA dual meet 151-181. Jack DuChateau earned medalist honors with a 36.

St. Mary’s Springs won the Lawsonia Invite in Division Two. The Ledgers’ duo of Colin Ahern and Doyle Kelly shot a 161 to take first place, while Owen Ahern and Dawson Sarauer combined for a 169 for second place. Doyle Kelly had the lowest score in D2 with a 75, Owen Ahern shot a 79. Campbellsport’s team of Max Mayer and Trey Birschbach combined for a 172 to take third place in Division Two

The Brewers return home tonight to open a three-game series with Pittsburgh. Milwaukee has won three in a row, completing a sweep of Cincinnati on the road Wednesday night. Pittsburgh was just swept by Washington on the road in four games. First pitch is 7:10 pm, we’ll join coverage in progress following High School Baseball.
