--Another day, another late-inning rally for the Dock Spiders as they defeat the Rafters at Herr-Baker Field Saturday night. Andrew Bullock clubbed a pinch-hit, two-run single with two outs in the eighth to put the Dock Spiders in front. Fellow Northwoods League All-Star Zeb Adreon had three hits and drove in two runs for the Dock Spiders in the win. Fondy wraps up a four-game homestand with a Sunday afternoon matchup against the Wisconsin Woodchucks. First pitch is 1:05 pm, listen on KFIZ.com.

--The Pirates totaled 17 hits as they clobbered the Brewers in game two of their weekend series in Pittsburgh Saturday afternoon. After a two-and-a-half hour rain delay before the first pitch was even thrown, the Pirates scored four runs in the first inning - later adding five runs in the eighth to blow the game open. Kevin Newman had four hits and drove in three runs for the Pirates in the win. The Brewers got solo home runs from Mike Moustakas and Yasmani Grandal in the loss. The two teams close out the series and the first half of the season today - coverage starts at Noon, with first pitch at 12:35 on KFIZ.
