Player safety concerns with the field caused it to be shortened to 80 yards – with goal lines at the 10s. The field was reconfigured because of concerns about areas where the goal posts for the CFL field layout had been located. Both the Packers and Raiders held out their starters from the game – with Green Bay sitting 33 players in total.

Tim Boyle threw for 191 yards and two scores in the loss for Green Bay, connecting with Trevor Davis and Jake Kumerow. Davis had five catches for 79 yards to lead the team in receiving. Tra Carson had nine carries for 32 yards and a touchdown to lead the team in rushing.
