--Anthony Rizzo had four hits, Jason Heyward had three RBI as the Cubs completed the weekend sweep of the Brewers at Wrigley Field on Sunday. Christian Yelich hit home run #37 on the season in the first inning, and Brewers rookie Trent Grisham had three hits - including his first Major League home run, but it wasn’t enough to save the final game in the series. Milwaukee heads into the final three games of the road trip with a 1-5 record, and now sit four games back of the first place Cubs. Game one in Pittsburgh to wrap up the road trip is tonight - coverage starts at 5:30, first pitch at 6:05 on KFIZ.

NFL: 


Jordy Nelson will officially retire as a member of the Green Bay Packers. Nelson informed the team Sunday of his decision to retire with Green Bay. Nelson was a second round draft pick by the Packers in 2008, and finishes his career ranked third in franchise history in receptions (550), number five in receiving yards (7,848), number two in touchdown receptions (69) and number three in 100-yard receiving games (25). Nelson is set to talk with the media Tuesday morning at 9:30 AM.
