Ledger Girls Advance To Regional Final

The
St. Mary’s Springs
Academy girls basketball
team advanced to the Regional Final with a 51-25 win over Weyauwega-Fremont on
Friday night in the Hutter Gym.  The
Ledgers led 11-6 after one quarter, ballooned the lead to 30-12 at the half and
were never challenged in the second half. 
Senior Kelli Schrauth led the Ledgers with 21 points.  Fellow senior Melanie Schneider chipped in
14.  St Mary’s Springs (21-2) will host
Oshkosh Lourdes in a Division 4 Regional Final Saturday night.  Coverage begins at 6:30pm with the Tim Cruz
Agency American Family Insurance Pregame Show. The tip is set for 7pm.  It’s presented by BCI Burke Company. The
playoffs are presented by Taco Bell.
