McCormick Named Head Football Coach at Mayville

Mayville High
School has named Mark
McCormick their new head football coach. 
McCormick replaces Adam Clayton who resigned as co-head coach on
Saturday to take a teaching position in another district.  McCormick has a history of successful
coaching and winning, including a run at Winnebago Lutheran in the 2000s where
the Vikings were consistently near the top of the standings.   Mayville was blanked by Campbellsport 20-0 in
their season opener last Friday night.  
McCormick will make his debut on the Cardinals sidelines on Friday night
when his team travels to Prairie du Chien for a non-conference game.
