NFL: The Packers officially announced the re-signing of running back Christine Michael. Michael was claimed off waivers on November 16 from Seattle and played in six regular season games, plus all three postseason contests for the Packers, rushing for 172 yards and a touchdown in action last year.

NFL owners will consider several rules changes at the annual meeting next week in Phoenix. Among the agenda items are proposals cutting regular-season overtime from 15 minutes to 10, eliminating players leaping over the line of scrimmage on kick plays and expanding video challenges and what can be reviewed by officials. The meeting also will include a discussion of the Raiders' potential relocation from Oakland to Las Vegas.

Baseball: Oakland 15, Milwaukee 5. Brewers starter Junior Guerra gave up 12 runs on 10 hits in 3 & ⅔ innings in the loss. Ivan De Jesus went 2 for 2 with a double and an RBI for Milwaukee who plays at Cincinnati today.

Hockey: Luke Kunin gave up his final two years of eligibility in Madison, signing a three-year entry level contract with the Minnesota Wild.  The 19-year-old forward was the 15th overall pick in last year's NHL Draft.  In two seasons with the Badgers, Kunin scored 41 goals and 70 points in 69 games.  He helped the Badgers win 20 games this season, a 12-win improvement from a year ago. Kunin was assigned to Minnesota's American Hockey League affiliate in Iowa and he'll make his pro hockey debut tomorrow night in Cleveland
