--The Ledgers get wins from Abby Michels & Bre Greene in singles play, and a win from the doubles team of Eleanor Stone/Isa Hopper.

Girls Golf:

Hortonville defeated Fond du Lac 179-200 in an FVA dual meet on Thursday. Shefali Bhatt had a team low 47 for Fondy.

Cross Country:

The Fond du Lac boys took second place at the Bay Port Invite on Thursday. Kiernan Koepke took second place individually with a time of 17:01. Jeffrey Heuer Jr. finished 8th with a time of 17:30.

The Fond du Lac girls took fifth place at the Bay Port Invite. Liz Ziegler took second place individually with a time of 20:15, Madison Hughes finished sixth with a time of 20:35.

Major League Baseball:

National League:

The Brewers open a weekend series at Miller Park with the Miami Marlins tonight. Jeremy Jeffress gets the start for Milwaukee while the Marlins counter with Jose Urena. First pitch is 7:10 pm. No broadcast on KFIZ because of High School Football.
