The Packer to until 4pm today sell the remaining 3,000 tickets available for Sunday’s playoff game against the 49ers at Lambeau or possibly face a TV blackout.  Temperatures are expected to be below zero at kickoff.  Coverage begins at 1pm with the kickoff set for 3:40pm on KFIZ. 

 

The Colts and Bengals both got extensions to sell-out their home playoff games this weekend as well.  The Eagles sold out their game with the Saints in 3 minutes.

The Badger improved to a perfect 14-0 record with a 76-49 win over Northwestern in their Big Ten opener in Evanston on Thursday night.  Nigel Hayes had 19 points and 6 rebounds while Sam Dekker chipped in 15.  Wisconsin will host Iowa on Sunday night.  The tip time has been moved to 6pm.

The Bucks lost in Utah last night 96-87.  Larry Sanders had 16 points and 8 rebounds to lead Milwaukee.  The Bucks are at Phoenix on Saturday night.

 

We’ve got high school boys hoops tonight on KFIZ as Fond du Lac heads to Menasha for the final time before the Blue Jays head to the Bay Conference next year.  Coverage begins at 7:05pm with the Backyard Grill Pregame Show. The tip is set for 7:30pm.
