Men’s College Basketball:
Wisconsin 65, #1 Villanova 62
--Nigel Hayes scored 19 points, Bronson Koenig 17 as the Badgers stunned #1 overall seed and defending National Champion Villanova in Buffalo, New York. Hayes’ layup with 12 seconds left put the Badgers ahead and Vitto Brown made one of two free throws at the line to seal the Wisconsin win. The Badgers advance to the Sweet 16 for the fourth straight year and will face Florida on Friday at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Florida defeated Virginia 65-39 in their second round matchup on Saturday.
The Badgers and Florida will tip off in their Sweet 16 game Friday night at 8:59 pm central time. The game will be televised on TBS, and we will have coverage from the Badger Radio Network here on KFIZ.

The NBA has fined Milwaukee's Greg Monroe and the Lakers' D'Angelo Russell and Nick Young for their roles in an altercation during a game.
Monroe was penalized $35,000 for shoving Young above the shoulders, Young was fined $25,000 for initiating the altercation by shoving Bucks guard Malcolm Brogdon, and the league said Russell entered the altercation and pushed Monroe, docking him $15,000. All three players were given technical fouls and were ejected for the altercation that came with 36 seconds remaining in the third quarter of the Bucks' 107-103 victory in Los Angeles on Friday.

NASCAR: Ryan Newman won yesterday's Monster Energy Cup race at Phoenix by skipping a tire-changing pit stop to take the lead from deep in the pack. He held on for the final two laps to break a 127-race winless streak and force Kyle Larson to settle for his third straight runner-up finish. Newman also halted a 112-race losing skid for Richard Childress Racing.
Golf: Marc Leishman rallied to win the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill and earn a spot in the Masters next month. The Australian went ahead by sinking a 50-foot eagle putt on 16 before closing with two tough pars to complete a one-stroke win over Kevin Kisner and Charley Hoffman. Leishman shot a 3-under 69 on Sunday for an 11-under total
