Baseball News:

Former baseball commissioner and Brewers owner Bud Selig was among those inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York on Sunday afternoon. Joining Selig for induction into the hall were former players Jeff Bagwell, Ivan “Pudge” Rodriguez and Tim Raines, along with former Braves and Royals GM John Schuerholz.

NFL: The Packers had the day off of practice on Sunday but return to work today at 8:15 am at Ray Nitschke Field. The team practiced in pads for the first time on Saturday, which head coach Mike McCarthy says is more about preparing for preseason games than just for competition.  McCarthy says ball security for the offense has been a bit of an issue early on. The Packers will practice every day except Wednesday this week, and will host the annual Family Night at Lambeau Field on Saturday.
