Packers Fall To #3 Seed

Blair Walsh’s 29 yard field goal as time expired gave Minnesota a thrilling 37-34 win over the Green Packer and the final postseason spot in the NFC.  Adrian Peterson ran for 199 yards and 1 TD and also caught a touchdown for the Vikings.  Peterson finished 9 yards shy of Eric Dickerson’s single season rushing mark.  For the Packers Aaron Rodgers threw for 365 yards and 4 TDs in the loss.  Greg Jennings caught 8 passes for 120 yards and 2 TDs.  At 11-5, Green Bay is the #3 seed in the NFC and will host the Vikings next Saturday night in the Wild Card round of the postseason.  Pregame begins at 5pm with the kickoff at 7pm on KFIZ.  A win by Green Bay next weekend would send them to San Francisco for the Divisional Round.
