The Brewers
blanked the Cubs on Sunday 9-0 at Miller Park. 
Kyle Lohse threw a complete game three hit shutout and also drove in a
pair in the win.  Ryan Braun and Scooter
Gennett went deep in the win.  The
Brewers host the Twins for a pair of games at Miller Park beginning tonight,
then go to Minnesota for games on Wednesday and Thursday.  Tonight’s game starts at 6:20pm with the
pregame set for 5:45pm on News-Talk 1450 KFIZ.

The Los
Angeles Kings punched their ticket to the Stanley Cup Finals with a 5-4
overtime win over Chicago in Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals on Sunday
night. The Kings will host the New York Rangers in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup
Finals on Wednesday night.

 

The NBA
Finals are set after San Antonio downed Oklahoma City in Game 6 of the Western
Conference Finals over the Weekday.  The
NBA Finals will be a rematch of last year’s event as the Spurs and Heat square
off.  Game 1 is Thursday night in San
Antonio. 

 

Jimmie
Johnson won the NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Dover on Sunday.  Brad Keselowski was 2nd, and Matt
Kenseth was 3rd

Matsuyama won The Memorial on the PGA Tour in a playoff over Kevin Na.

 

The United States men’s soccer team beat Turkey
2-1 in a tune up for the World Cup.
