Badgers Upset

Brewers Injuries

An MRI showed no structural damage his knee of Brewers third baseman Aramis Ramirez.  He was hurt sliding into 2nd base on Saturday.  The team also thinks that pitcher Yovani Gallardo’s groin strain will be OK.  He was scratched from his start on Sunday but threw a bullpen session and was OK.

Brewers Edge Cubs

Carlos Gomez hit a home run as the Brewers got by the Cubs 4-3 in Cactus League play on Sunday.  Marco Estrada pitched four scoreless innings, giving up just one hit and two walks to go along with 3 strikeouts.  Estrada is heading to the World Baseball Classic to pitch for Mexico.  Today is an off-day for Milwaukee.
