The Packers are unbeaten
through the 1st quarter of the season after a 17-3 win at San Francisco on
Sunday.  Aaron Rodgers threw for 225
yards and a 1st quarter touchdown to Richard Rodgers.  The Packer defensive collected 6 sacks and
shut down the 49ers offense all afternoon. 
The Packers will host the Rams next Sunday at Noon.  Coverage begins at 10am on KFIZ.

In the NFC North, the Bears
beat the Raiders 22-20 on a last second field goal by Robbie Gould.  The Vikings lost at Denver 23-20. Tonight on Monday Night
Football, Seattle hosts Detroit.
Coverage begins at 7pm with the kickoff set for 7:30pm.

 

On Sunday Night Football,
Drew Brees hit CJ Spiller on an 80 yard pass on the 2nd play of overtime
as the Saints beat the Cowboys 26-20.

 

The Brewers dropped their
season finale to the Cubs 3-1 on Sunday. 
The Brewers year ends at 68-94. 

 

The Blue Jays, Royals, and
Rangers win division titles in the American League with the Yankees and Astros
grabbing wild cards.  In the National
League, the Mets, Cardinals and Dodgers win divisions, with the Pirates and
Cubs earning wild card bids.   The
playoffs get going on Tuesday night when the Yankees host the Astros in the
American League Wild Card Game.  The
Pirates host the Cubs on Wednesday in the N.L. Wild Card matchup.  

 

Kevin Harvick won the NASCAR
Sprint Cup race at DoverWisconsin
native Matt Kenseth finished 7th and advanced to the next round of
the playoff system. Fellow Wisconsinite Paul Menard was eliminated from
championship contention.  Dale Earnhardt,
Junior won a tie breaker to pick up the final spot in the 12 driver Chase field.
