The Green Bay Packers selected a pair of players on Friday
night in the NFL Draft.  GM Ted Thompson
traded up in the 2nd round to take Indiana offensive tackle Jason Spriggs.  He then selected Utah State
outside linebacker Kyler Fackrell in round 3. 
The Packers have 4 more picks today.

 

The Brewers broke up a no-hitter in the 9th in a
6-3 loss to Miami on Friday night at Miller Park.
 The Marlins’ Adam Conley was pulled with
two outs in the 8th inning despite giving up no runs, no hits, and 4
walks.  Jose Urena notched the final out
of the 8th, but gave up 3 runs and 4 hits in the 9th.  Justin Bour hit a pair of homers and drove in
5 for Miami.  The series continues tonight.  Coverage begins at 5:35pm on KFIZ.

a 77 while teammate Patrick Treichel and WLA’s Chris Colla tied for 7th
with 79s.
