3rd ranked Neenah jumped on the Fondy boys 15-2 after one quarter and 34-8 at the half on the way to an easy 63-30 win at the Acuity Fieldhouse on Friday night.  Danny Sosalla led the Cardinals with seven while Marcus Ruch added 6.  Neenah’s Matt Heldt led all scorers with 19 points.  The Cardinals head to Appleton East on Tuesday night.  You’ll hear it on KFIZ.

 

St. Mary’s Springs edged Lomira 46-44 on Colin Ottery’s basket at the buzzer on Friday night.  Brennan Ottery led the Ledgers with 17.  Springs hosts Chilton on Saturday night in a non-conference game.  You’ll hear it on News-Talk 1450 KFIZ.  Coverage begins at 7:05pm with the Backyard Grill Pregame Show.  The tip is set for 7:30pm

 

The Fond du Lac boys hockey team hosts Wausau this afternoon at the Blueline.  You’ll here it on News-Talk 1450 KFIZ.  Coverage begins at 2:30pm with the puck dropping at 3pm.

 

The NFL Playoffs continue this weekend with Divisional round games.  Today the Saints are in Seattle with a 3:35pm kickoff, followed by the Colts at New England.  On Sunday, Carolina hosts San Francisco at Noon followed by Denver hosting San Diego at 3:40pm.  You’ll hear both Sunday games on News-Talk 1450 KFIZ.

 

The Bulls beat the Bucks 81-72 on Friday night.  OJ Mayo led Milwaukee with 16 points.  The Bucks are in Oklahoma City tonight.
