The Cincinnati Reds edged the Brewers 5-4 as they opened up
post All-Star Game action on Friday night. 
Matt Garza took the loss for Milwaukee
and Scooter Gennett went deep for The Crew.

Houston
stopped the Bucks 92-89 in Las Vegas Summer League action on Friday.  Ra’shad James led the Bucks with 19.  Thon Maker had 12 points and 9 rebounds.  The Bucks finish up play in Vegas at 1-3.

U19 Post 75 baseball team wraps up their regular season with a doubleheader
with Kimberly this afternoon at Herr-Baker Field.  Game 1 is set for 3pm.

 

The Wisconsin Football Coaches Association will hold their
annual All-Star Games on Saturday at Titan Stadium in Oshkosh.

Squad.  Fondy head coach Mike Gnewuch and
assistant Steve Jorgensen are on the North coaching staff.   New Holstein’s
Tyler Stadler is playing on the North squad in the Small School Game.
Oakfield’s Ross Ellison and Tyler Burbach are on the South Team in the 8-man
game.  Oaks coach Corey Rickert is on the
South Team’s staff.   The 8-man game is
set for  10am on Saturday.  The Small School Game is at 2pm with the
Large School Game at 6pm.
