in his only year of college football.  He
had played four seasons on the Miami
basketball team.  He was 2nd
in school history on the career steals list.  In Round 3, the Packers used the 94th
overall selection on Stanford WR Ty Montgomery.
The 6’2, 220 pounder caught 61 passes for 604 yards.  He also returned to punts for TD.

Badger tackle Rob Havenstein was taken in the 2nd round by the Rams

Addison Russell’s solo homer in the 3rd off of
Wily Peralta was all the offense the Cubs needed in a 1-0 win over the Brewers
on Friday afternoon at Miller
Park
.  Jon Lester and two relievers gave up just four
hits on the afternoon.  The series will
continue on Saturday afternoon as Mike Fiers takes on Nate Arrieta.  Coverage begins at 12:45pm with the first
