Badgers Host Buckeyes

The unbeaten Ohio State Buckeyes come to Camp Randall this afternoon for a key Big Ten Leaders Division matchup.  Wisconsin already knows they will represent the division in the Big Ten Championship Game with OSU and Penn State on probation, but the Badgers won’t to beat those two teams in the final two weeks of the regular season to take the Division outright.  It’s Senior Day as well today as 9 players play their final game at Camp Randall.  Coverage begins at 12:30pm with the kickoff set for 2:30pm.

 

UW-Oshkosh Hosts Playoff Game

The UW-Oshkosh football team will host St. Scholastica this afternoon in an NCAA Division III playoff game.  It’s the first ever playoff game for UWO.  The Titans won their first conference championship this season with an unbeaten record.  The kickoff from JJ Keller Field at Titan Stadium is set for Noon.

 

Packers Head To Motown!

The Green Bay Packers look for their 5th straight win on Sunday as they head to Detroit. The Packers sit at 6-3 with Lions at 4-5.  Five of the final seven games on Green Bay’s schedule are against teams from the NFC North.  The Bears lead the division with a 7-2 mark.  Sunday’s game in Detroit kicks off at Noon. Coverage begins at 10am on KFIZ.

 

Dikta Has Stroke

Former NFL coach and current ESPN analyst Mike Ditka had a mild stroke on Friday while playing cards at a Chicago area country club.  The 73-year-old won’t be working this weekend but is expected to return soon.

The Bucks host New Orleans tonight at the BMO Harris Bradley Center tonight.  You’ll hear it on KFIZ.  Coverage begins at 7:10pm with the tip set for 7:30pm.

 

UW-FDL Women’s Hoops

The UW Fond du Lac women’s bball team lost Firday night in a conference matchup against UW Marinette, 66-55. Megan Tews had 24 points for the game.  Amber Tasso stepped up and had 23 points.  UW-FDL is now 2-1 in their league
