Luck 30, Oakfield 14. Oaks finish the season at 6-3. 

Boys Soccer: 

WIAA Division 4 Sectional Championship:

Winnebago Lutheran 1, St. Lawrence Seminary 0 (OT).

–WLA advances to the Division 4 State Semifinals Thursday evening. WLA will play Sheboygan Christian/Sheboygan Lutheran. This is WLA’s first appearance at state since 2012. 

Cross Country: 

WIAA State Meet (At Wisconsin Rapids). 

Results from area runners: 

Division 1 (Boys): Fond du Lac’s Noah Tagliapietra finishes 22nd with a time of 16:21.25

Division 1 (Girls): FDL’s Liz Ziegler finishes 77th (20:03.44), Madison Hughes finishes 80th (20:05.40)

Division 2 (Boys): Waupun’s Kyle Miller finishes 18th (16:46.97)

Division 2 (Girls): Lomira’s Marin Reed finishes 67th (20:58.74). Waupun’s Peyton McGinnis finishes 84th (21:17.54). 

Division 3 (Girls): The St. Mary’s Springs girls team finishes 6th (193 points). Morgan Krupp finished 14th individually, followed by Emily McGovern in 35th and Lizzie Guerrin in 64th. 

Division 3 (Girls): Winnebago Lutheran’s Sarah Niehueser finishes 21st (20:32.64). Laconia’s Cyna Madigan finishes 49th (21:09.92). 

Girls Swimming: Fond du Lac finishes in 3rd place at the FVA meet at Appleton North. 

College Football: 

Big Ten: 

Wisconsin 23, Nebraska 17 (OT). 

–Dare Ogunbowale rushed for 120 yards and the game-winning touchdown in overtime as the Badgers knocked off unbeaten Nebraska at Camp Randall Stadium. Wisconsin led 17-7 at the end of the 3rd quarter, before the Cornhuskers scored 10 points in the fourth to tie it. After the Badgers took the lead in overtime, the Huskers went four and out on their possession. The Badgers travel to Northwestern next week for an 11am kickoff.

NBA: Bucks 110, Brooklyn 108. John Henson tipped in a Jabari Parker miss as time expired to give the Bucks their first win of the season. Rashad Vaughn had 22 points, Giannis Antetokounmpo had 21 for the Bucks. Milwaukee plays at Detroit later tonight. Next Bucks broadcast on KFIZ will be on Tuesday night. 

MLB: Cleveland 7, Chicago Cubs 2. The Indians take a 3-1 series lead and can clinch their first World Series title in 68 years with a win in game 5 tonight. 

NFL: Packers at Atlanta this afternoon. 1pm pregame, 3:25 kickoff on KFIZ.
