The Fond du Lac boys track & field team finishes second at the Marquette Invitational in Milwaukee. Fondy’s Kyle Marcoe (400 meter), Noah Tagliapietra (800, 1,000) & Andrew Stone (Shot put & discus) are all first place finishers.

College Baseball:

College Track & Field:

Marian competed at the St. Norbert Quad on Saturday. The Sabres Tyler Grisham won the 200 meter and finished second in the 400 meter. Ben Franzke finished in 3rd place in the high jump and long jump.

–Atlanta’s Matt Kemp went 3 for 5 at the plate with three home runs as the Braves crushed the Brewers at Miller Park. Jonathan Villar went 2 for 4 with a double for Milwaukee. Jimmy Nelson took the loss for the Brewers, giving up five runs on 11 hits in 5 innings. The final game of the series is today, pregame coverage starts at 12:35 on KFIZ.
