Jonathan Lucroy’s RBI single in the 8th lifted
the Brewers to a 3-2 win over Pittsburgh on
Saturday night at Miller
Park
.  Carlos Gomez homered to lead off the bottom
of the first to help the Brewers offensive attack.  Jim Henderson pitched a scoreless 8th
to pick up the win in relief of Yovani Gallardo.  The Brewers starter gave up just 2 runs and
six hits in six innings of work.  The Brewers
bullpen again threw three scoreless innings with Francisco Rodriguez notching
the save.  The Crew looks for the sweep

The Brewers have placed pitcher Brandon Kintzler on the 15
day disabled list with a shoulder issue. 
Rob Wooten was called up from Triple-A Nashville.
