on Saturday night at Miller
Park
.  Wily Peralta gave up just 3 runs and five hits
through seven innings to take the loss.  Jamie

Former Packers GM Ron Wolf became the 23rd member
of the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Saturday night in Canton, Ohio.  Wolf was the 1st of those to be
inducted on Saturday night and spoke for about 7 minutes on his work with Al
Davis and the Raiders and of course his time in Green Bay.

 

A sold out Lambeau Field watched the Packers practice in the
annual Family Night Scrimmage on a beautiful Saturday night in Green Bay
The Packers will travel to New England
for their 1st preseason game on Thursday.   You’ll hear it on KFIZ.

 

The NFL preseason gets going tonight with the annual Hall of
Fame Game in Canton, Ohio

Road America
is back on the Verizon IndyCar Series schedule in 2016.  The IndyCar drivers will be in Elkhart Lake the July 23rd to 26th,
2016.  With the series back in Wisconsin, there is
speculation that the Milwaukee Mile may also be back on the schedule in 2016.

 

Reports say that incoming Badger freshman guard Brevin
Pritzl broke his foot and will miss two months of action.  He should be ready for Badger basketball to
open up in October.

 

Justin Rose and Jim Furyk share the lead through three
rounds of the Bridgestone Invitational on the PGA Tour.  The pair sit at -9, which is good for a two
shot lead over Shane Lowry.
