Kaminsky scored 21 and Bronson Koenig added 17 as the Badgers took down Minnesota 63-53 at the Kohl Center
on Saturday afternoon.  The Badgers
travel to Maryland
on Tuesday night.

 

Villanova
stopped Marquette 87-76 on Saturday at the BMO Harris
Bradley Center
.  JaJuan Johnson had 20 to pace MU.  Luke Fischer added 17.  The Golden Eagles head to Butler on Wednesday.

 

The
Marian University
men’s basketball team saw its season end on Saturday with a 76-62 loss to Aurora in the 1st
round of the NACC Tournament.

 

UW-Milwaukee
hosts Cleveland State this afternoon at the Milwaukee
Panther Arena.  The tip is set for
2:30pm.

Jasmyn
Bensley stood on top of the podium Friday with her best beam routine of the
season, earning a 8.975 to take the conference title. The Waupun Warriors went
4/4 on beam, sticking all their routines, a big team accomplishment.  Bensley also placed second on the
vault with an 8.65, and 5th in the all around with a 33.425. In the floor
exercise Sara Kroeze tied for 5th with an 8.675, while Megan Hansen had her
best routine of the year – taking 10th with an 8.425, a personal best.  The Warriors head to Whitefish Bay next Friday night for their Division
2 sectional meet.
