The St.
Mary’s Springs girls track team finished 2^nd at the WIAA
Division. Melanie Schneider finished 5^th
in the 200, 3^rd in the 400 and 2^nd in the Long Jump. Liz Bohn was 2^nd in the 800 and 5^th
in the 1600. Anja Smith was 6^th
in the 100 hurdles. The Ledgers team of
Emily McGovern, Melanie Schneider, Page Case, and Liz Bohn won the 4×800
relay. Lizzy Leichtle was 8^th
in the shot put. Cuba City
won the D3 girls state title with 53 points.
St. Mary’s Springs had 44. The Ledger boys finished 27^th at
the meet. Senior Sam Spranger won the
Division 3, 100 meter dash.

In Division 1, Fond du Lac’s Ally Gietzel was 11^th
and Annie Moore 15^th in the 800.
Moore
was also 16^th in the 1600. Nicole
Lord was 22^nd in the long jump.
On the boys side, Fond du Lac’s Peter Andrew
was 7^th in the shot and 13^th in the discus.

In Division Two Waupun was 19^th.
Waupun’s Adrian Harmsen was 8^th in the 200 and 7^th in the
400. Bryce Verheyen was 5^th in
the 800. Matt Kuik was 4^th in
the 1600.

Fond du Lac High School’s
doubles team of Keenan Salah and Matt Riley finished 3^rd at the WIAA
Division One State Tennis Tournament in Madison
on Saturday.

in 3 runs a the Brewers beat Minnesota
4-2 on Saturday afternoon in the Twin Cities.

The Tampa Bay Lightning evened the NHL’s
Stanley Cup Finals at 1-1 with a 4-3 win over Chicago on Saturday night. Game 3 in Monday night in Chicago.

The Golden State Warriors take a 1-0
series over Cleveland
lead into Game 2 of the NBA Finals on tonight.
