locked up defensive back Sam Shields.   He inks a four-year, $39 million dollar deal to
stay out of free agency.

73-66 in overtime in the semifinals of the Horizon League Tournament on Saturday
night at the Resch
Center
.  At 24-6 the Horizon League champions are most likely
headed to the NIT.

 

Marquette fell to St. John’s 91-90
in double-overtime at the BMO
Harris Bradley

in their regular season
finale.  The Golden Eagles are 17-14 and will
need to win the Big East Tournament to make the NCAA Tournament.

 

The Badger men’s basketball
team wraps up their regular season tonight at Nebraska
A win by UW secures the #2 seed in the Big Ten Tournament.  The tip is set for 6:30pm on KFIZ.

 

Aramis Ramirez hits a three-run
double in his spring training debut as the Brewers rallied past Kansas City 7-6.  Ramirez doubled on the first pitch he saw in the
first inning.  The Crew score two in the 9th
to pick up the Cactus League win.  The Brewers
split the squad today to take on the Cubs and Indians.  You’ll hear the Cubs game on KFIZ.  Coverage begins at 2:55pm
