Construction started Wednesday on a new arena in Oshkosh that will serve as home to the Milwaukee Bucks’ Development League team. A groundbreaking ceremony was held at the former site of the Buckstaff Furniture plant on the corner of South Main Street and West South Park Avenue, where the arena will be built. The arena will have 3,500 seats, club-level VIP seating and multiple concession areas, and developers hope the arena will serve as an anchor for the “Sawdust District” that will attract bars, restaurants, hotels and more. The arena is on track to be completed this fall, when officials hope the team will begin play.

The Associated Press has looked back at 68 years of college basketball polls and declared Kentucky the all-time No. 1 school. Kentucky appeared in 75.4 percent of the polls and was ranked the top school 124 times. Kansas, Indiana, Louisville, Arizona, Syracuse and Cincinnati round out a top 10 that includes only schools that have won national championships. UCLA has been the most frequent No. 1 in the AP ranking with 134 appearances at the top. Wisconsin came in at #37 in the all-time top 100.
