NFL: The Packers officially announced the release of defensive tackle Ricky Jean Francois on Wednesday and announced they have signed offensive linemen Adam Pankey to the active roster and Darrell Green to the practice squad. Francois signed a one-year $1.6 million deal in the offseason and appeared in just six defensive snaps in Sunday’s game against Seattle.  Pankey is a rookie out of West Virginia who the Packers signed as an undrafted free agent in May. Greene spent most of 2016 and part of this year with Philadelphia before being released on September 2nd.
