WIAA members voted to send a
proposal to add a 1.65 multiplier to private schools enrollment for playoff
placement to a committee on Wednesday morning.
If approved it would have bumped most private schools up a division in
the postseason.  The vote was 352-77 in
favor of sending the proposal to committee for further study.  The delay will means that any change to the
current system will not happen until after the 2014-2015 season.  The WIAA members also voted down a proposal
to take conference affiliation out of the hands of the WIAA and back to the
individual schools
