The Brewers picked up their
first win of the season 4-3 over San Francisco
in their series finale at Miller
Park
on Wednesday
afternoon.  Chris Carter homered and also
added the game winning sacrifice fly in the 7th inning.  Tyler Thornburg picked up the win in relief
of Taylor Jungmann.  Jeremy Jeffress
notched his first save of the season. The Brewers take today off and open a
series with Houston at Miller Park
on Friday night.

The Masters is underway at
Augusta National.  Jordan Spieth is the
defending champion. Wisconsin native Steve
Stricker did not qualify for this year’s event. 
Jimmy Walker won Wednesday’s Par 3 contest finishing the 9 hole event in
a record 8 under par  There were 9 holes
in one in the event, including one by Walker and 80-year-old Gary Player.  No Par 3 winner has ever won The Masters.
