Minnesota handed the Badgers their 3rd straight loss last night with an 81-68 win in the Twin Cities.  Sam Dekker had 20 points and six rebounds to pace UW.  Before the game Dekker was named a Mid-Season Finalist for the Wooden Award which goes to college basketball’s best player.  The Badgers travel to Purdue on Saturday.

The Bucks won for the first time in 2014 with a 104-101 win over Detroit at the BMO Harris Bradley Center last night.  Caron Butler scored 30 points and Brandon Knight 16 as Milwaukee snapped a 9 game losing streak.  OJ Mayo and Larry Sanders missed the game because of illness. 

NFL legends Jerry Rice and Deion Sanders finished up drafting their team’s for this Sunday’s Pro Bowl in Hawaii.  Packers running back Eddie Lacy will be on Deion Sanders team along with fellow running backs Jamaal Charles and Washington’s Alfred Morris.
