Giants starter Tim Lincecum threw a no-hitter against the San Diego Padres for
the 2nd time in his career in a 4-0 win on Wednesday.

 

The NBA Draft is
tonight and the Bucks have a chance to totally reshape their roster with the 2nd
overall pick and three picks in the 2nd round.  Cleveland
has the #1 overall selection and is expected to take either Andrew Wiggins or
Jabari Parker with the pick if they choose to keep it.  The Bucks will end up with whoever is still
on the board.

 

It’s a huge day
the United States men’s soccer team at the World Cup as they take on Germany at
11am central time.  A win or tie by the U.S. advances
them into the knockout round.  They could
still advance with a loss depending on what happens in the Portugal vs. Ghana match which is being played
at the same time.

Tiger Woods
makes his return to the PGA Tour today at the Quicken Loans National at
Congressional.  Woods has missed most of
the golf season after recovering from back surgery.

 

The Wisconsin
Golf Coaches Association has named WLA’s Chris Colla First Team All-State.  Colla won the WIAA Division Two state
championship earlier this year.  St.
Mary’s Springs’ Patrick Treichel and Brady Sarauer were Honorable Mention All-State.

 

The Fox Valley Association
has released their spring all-conference teams. 
In boys golf, senior Matt Dilling gets Honorable Mention. In boys
tennis, the #1 doubles team of Stuart Nett and Matt Riley is a 1st
team choice.  At #1 singles Kenan Saleh,
#2 singles Matt Schneider, and #3 singles Felix Cloutier all get 2nd
Team honors. In girls’ soccer, forwards Kelsey Schneider and Shelby Sabel get
on the 1st Team.  Defender  Jenna Kryzanowski is on the 2nd
team while midfielder Livi Larson and forward Ashley Kleinmaus get Honorable
Mention honors.
