Packer Free Agency

The Packers still haven’t done anything in free agency but they are apparently still in negotiations with running back Stephen Jackson.  Atlanta is also in pursuit of the veteran back.  Green Bay is also in the mix to bring WR Greg Jennings back.  The free agency market has been soft for Jennings and his price tag might be in the Packers range.  Its likely Ted Thompson will have to decided between Jackson or Jennings for his 2013 roster.

NFL Free Agency

Wide receiver Wes Welker has left the Patriots to sign a two-year, $12 million dollar contract with the Denver Broncos.  The Patriots then signed Rams free agent WR Danny Amendola to a five year, $31 million dollar deal.
