St. Louis prospect Thomas Pham hit a pair of two run homers and collected
three hits as the Cardinals edged the Brewers 5-4 on Wednesday night at Miller ParkMilwaukee
scored all four of their runs in the 4th inning including a 3 run
homer by Martin Maldonado.  Wily Peralta
took the loss.  The series wraps up

The Packers host Seattle on Sunday Night
Football at Lambeau.  It’s a rematch of
the NFC Championship Game in which Seattle
rallied by Green Bay
to reach the Super Bowl. The Packers down played last year’s NFC title game
loss on Wednesday when questioned about it in the   Coverage on Sunday begins at 5pm with the
kickoff set for 7:30pm.

 

Week 2 of the NFL
season gets underway tonight as Kansas City
hosts Denver.

 

Brett Favre and
Terrell Owens are among the 1st time nominees for the Pro Football
Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio
Voting for the Hall of Fame will be finalized on February 6th,
the night before the Super Bowl.

 

The Badgers host Troy out of the Sun Belt
