The Packers returned to the practice field Monday as they begin to prepare for their first preseason game Thursday against Philadelphia at Lambeau Field. Cornerback Davon House sat out with a hamstring injury on Monday.  It’s unclear when House suffered the injury, but its presumed that it happened during the Family Night scrimmage on Saturday.  The Packers will practice at 11:45 this morning and will not hold a public practice tomorrow. Kickoff for Thursday’s game is 7pm.

The Wisconsin Herd has named Jordan Brady its first head coach in franchise history. Brady spent last season as an assistant for the Salt Lake City Stars, the NBA G-League affiliate of the Utah Jazz. He was previously an assistant coach for Idaho, Los Angeles, Bakersfield and Iowa all in the NBA D-League. Brady, a graduate of Southern Utah University, played professionally for four seasons - three in the NBA D-League - before moving to coaching.
