The Packers have
inked defensive lineman Mike Daniels to a long-term extension.  Daniels gets a four-year, $42 million dollar
contract that includes $22 million dollars in guaranteed money. Daniels was
going to be the Packers top free agent this offseason.  The Packers travel to Oakland for a matchup with the Raiders on
Sunday.

The Football
Writers Association of America has named Badger linebacker Joe Schobert a First
Team All-American. The Big Ten Linebacker of the Year is just the 3^rd
Badger linebacker in Wisconsin history to earn
1^st team All-American honors.

 

The Badger men’s
basketball team hosts Texas-Corpus Christie tonight at the Kohl Center.  Coverage begins at 7pm with the tip at 8pm on
News-Talk 1450 KFIZ.  The UW-Green Bay men’s basketball team is also in
action tonight as they host Pacific at The Resch Center.  That’s a 7pm tip.

 

The Bucks are on
the west coast tonight taking on the LA Lakers. 
We’ll join that game in progress tonight after Badger basketball on
