Bucks On Road

The Bucks hit the road for a quick two game road trip.  Tonight they are at Denver.  Coverage begins at 7:40pm with the tip set for 8pm on News-Talk 1450 KFIZ.

 

College Hoops Polls

The top five are identical in both college basketball polls.  Indiana is #1, followed by Florida, Michigan, Duke and Kansas. Marquette is #24 in the AP poll and dropped out of the Coaches Poll.  The Badgers received votes but still hasn’t cracked the Top 25.

 

Hockey Brackets Released

The WIAA has released their boys and girls hockey tournament brackets.  For the boys, Fond du Lac gets a #1 seed and a first round bye.  They will play either Sussex Hamilton-Coop or Brookfield in the Regional Final on Thursday, February 14th at 7:30pm inside the Blue Line.  St. Mary’s Springs is a #5 seed and will host #12 seed Grafton on Tuesday, February 12th at 7:30pm at the Blue Line.  Waupun is a #10 seed and travels to #7 Homestead on February 12th.   The Fondy-Waupun girls team earned a #6 seed and will travel to #3 seed Green Bay on February 14th.


 Marian Duo Honored

Forward Tyler Klein (Fargo, N.D.) and goalie Josh Baker (Canton, Mich.) earned weekly honors by the Midwest Collegiate Hockey Association, being named Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week. This marks the second time that two Sabres have been honored in the same week and it is Baker's second such honor this season after earning the award back on Jan. 14.
