The Packers cleaned out their lockers on Monday, a day after
their epic collapse in the NFC Championship. 
The team didn’t make excused for their playoff exits so close to the
Super Bowl.  The players have exit
interviews with the coaching staff and then are allowed to go home.

 

Randall Cobb and Sam Shields have been added to the NFL Pro
Bowl this weekend.  Cobb replaces the
Cowboys Dez Bryant while Shields takes the place of the Patriots Darrelle
Revis.  The Pro Bowl is this Sunday in Arizona.

 

The Denver Broncos made it official on Monday, hiring former
Houston Texans coach Gary Kubiak to replace John Fox who got fired after Denver’s early exit from
the playoffs.

 

The Brewers officially traded pitcher Yovani Gallardo to Texas in exchange for
three minor league prospects.  Doug
Melvin gets right handed pitchers Marcos Diplan and Corey Knebel along with
shortstop Luis Sardinas.  Sardinas was
the Rangers 7th ranked minor league prospect.  Gallardo is expected to be the #3 starter in Texas.

 

The Bucks fell to Toronto
92-89 at the BMO Harris Bradley
Center
on Monday
night.  Brandon Knight had 20.  Milwaukee
hosts Utah on
Thursday night.  The Bucks also resigned
big man Kenyon Martin to a 2nd 10-day contract on Monday.

The Badger men’s basketball team hosts Iowa
tonight at the Kohl
Center

hosts UIC tonight while UW-Milwaukee hosts Wright State

boys basketball team hosts Hortonville tonight at the Acuity Fieldhouse.  You’ll hear the game on News-Talk 1450
KFIZ.  Coverage begins at 7:05pm with the
