The Brewers have signed 1B Lyle Overbay
to a minor league contract.  The
37-year-old hit .240 with 14 homers and 59 RBI in 142 games with the Yankees
last year.  He played the 2004 and 2005
season in Milwaukee before getting traded to Toronto to make way for
Prince Fielder.

Seahawks defensive back Richard Sherman apologized on Monday
for his post game comments about 49ers WR Michael Crabtree saying he was sorry
for taking away the attention from the efforts of his teammates. The Seahawks
and Broncos play in Super Bowl 48 on February 2nd in New Jersey.  You’ll hear it on KFIZ.

We’ve got high school boys basketball tonight on KFIZ as
Winnebago Lutheran plays host to Campbellsport.
Coverage begins at 7:05pm with the Backyard Grill Pregame Show.  The tip is set for 7:30pm.  The game also streams at kfiz.com.
