The Brewers 8 game win streak
came to an end last night with a 5-3 loss the Braves on Monday night at Miller Park.  Kyle Lohse gave up four runs over the 1st
two innings to take the loss. The Crew has lost 7 of the last 10 games Lohse
has started.  Gerardo Parra homered and
doubled for Milwaukee.  The Brewers and Braves continue their series
tonight as Tyle Cravey starts for Milwaukee.  Coverage begins at 6:35pm on KFIZ.

 

Reliever Francisco Rodriguez
is the Brewers lone All-Star this season. 
K-Rod is 18 of 18 in save opportunities this year and has a 1.45 ERA.  It’s the 1st time the Brewers have
had only one all-star since 2012.  The
All-Star Game is a week from tonight in Cincinnati

The Milwaukee Bucks announced
that they will hold a preseason training camp in Madison
September 29th through October 2nd., then return to host
a preseason game with the Timberwolves at the Kohl Center
on October 20th.   Head coach
Jason Kidd and GM John Hammond also shot down a report on Monday that Kidd
would be replacing Hammond
as the team’s general manager.

The World Boxing Organization
has stripped Floyd Mayweather of his welterweight championship this that he won
from Manny Pacquiao on May 2nd for what they call failure to follow
the organization’s rules by failing to pay a $200,000 sanctioning fee from the
fight which he made $220 million dollars.
