The New Orleans Pelicans beat the Bucks 114-103 at BMO Harris
Bradley Center

on Monday night.  Anthony Davis lit up Milwaukee for 43
points.  Giannis had 29 and Michael
Carter-Williams 25 in the loss.  Milwaukee will host Orlando
on Wednesday night. 

 

Badger coach Bo Ryan has been named the Big Ten Coach of the
Year.  Frank Kaminsky is league’s Player
of the Year. The only other Badgers to win that award are Devin Harris in 2004
and Alando Tucker in 2007.  It’s the
fourth time Ryan has been named Coach of the Year.  Sam Dekker is 2nd team All-Big Ten.
Nigel Hayes is 3rd team.  Josh
Gasser makes the All-Defensive Team. Wisconsin
opens up Big Ten Tournament play on Friday morning.

 

The UW-Green Bay men’s basketball team will play at #1 seed Valparaiso tonight in the
Horizon League Tournament Championship Game. 
The tip is set for 6pm.

 

The Packers made it official on Monday, announcing that they’ve
re-signed Randall Cobb to a four-year contract. 
The Packers still must decide what they are doing with cornerbacks Davon
House and Tramon Williams and right tackle Brian Bulaga. 

 

Free agent running back Frank Gore may have 2nd thoughts
about going to the Eagles.  Report says
that he is now waivering on whether he should leave the 49ers for Philly.   Jacksonville
is reportedly signing free agent tight end Julus Thomas away from Denver.

 

The Royals beat the Brewers 5-4 on Monday in Cactus League
action.  Matt Long and Matt Clark homered
for Milwaukee.  Jimmy Nelson gave up one hit in 2 innings
worth of work.  The Crew takes on the
Reds this afternoon.  Kyle Lohse gets the
