Various reports say that the Packers have signed quarterback
Matt Flynn to backup Scott Tolzien.
Flynn was in Green Bay
for a workout and his injured elbow must be healthy enough for the team to
bring him.  Since leaving Green Bay in
the 2013 offseason, Flynn has been with Seattle,
Oakland, and Buffalo
The Packers have to make a roster move before they can announce the
signing.  Most likely a player will be
put on injured reserve.
